The YLW series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The front of the boiler body is the radiation heating surface of the furnace, which is composed of closely arranged double-sided coils; The rear part is a convective erosion heating surface composed of a serpentine tube bundle. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate, which are assembled on site. The air preheating is arranged behind the boiler. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is partially absorbed by the furnace, and enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange through the turning chamber. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for combustion in the air preheater, and then is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere.
Usage: It can be used as a high-temperature heat source for various temperatures below 350 ℃, and is widely used in various industries that require high-temperature heating or drying; High temperature and low pressure; Temperature control, high utilization rate of thermal energy. And it can be equipped with a steam generator to generate saturated steam below 0.7MPa for user use.

1. 2. The heating surface of the boiler is welded with argon gas protection and full penetration welding, and has passed X-ray inspection and water pressure test to ensure that the welding quality is higher than the standard.
3. Adopting the unique patented technology of Yineng, the furnace adopts double coil dense arrangement, and the top of the furnace is equipped with a ceiling tube. The furnace tube is heated on both sides, which extends the residence time of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, increases the heat utilization rate, and improves the service life of the boiler.
4. The heating surface at the rear of the boiler is designed using unique technology from Yineng and arranged in a unique staggered manner, which improves the heat transfer coefficient of the boiler and eliminates the problem of ash accumulation on the heating surface.
