I believe many people who have purchased steam generators will inevitably encounter various problems when operating them correctly. How should we solve this problem at this point? Gas steam generators are highly favored by various industries as a clean energy source. It uses natural gas as fuel. To ensure the normal operation of the gas steam generator, the first step is to ignite it. In the process of using a gas boiler, we may encounter situations where the gas steam generator fails to ignite. In this case, first identify the cause of the gas steam generator malfunction and take measures to solve the problem. Below, we will tell you what to do when the gas steam generator fails to ignite?
1. Connect the power, press start button, the motor does not turn
Reason for malfunction: (1) Insufficient air pressure locking (2) Loose solenoid valve, air leakage at the joint, check locking (3) Open circuit of thermal relay (4) At least one condition circuit is not established (water level, pressure, temperature, and whether the program controller is powered on to start).
Exclusion measures: (1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value; (2) Clean or repair the solenoid valve pipeline joint; (3) Check whether the components are damaged and the motor current is reset; (4) Check whether the water level, pressure, and temperature exceed the limit.
2. After starting, the front blowing is normal, but it cannot ignite
Reason for malfunction: (1) Insufficient electric fire air volume (2) Electromagnetic valve not working (main valve, ignition valve) (3) Electromagnetic valve burned out (4) Unstable air pressure (5) Excessive air volume.
Exclusion measures: (1) Check and repair the circuit (2) Replace with a new one (3) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value (4) Reduce the air distribution and decrease the opening of the air door.
3. Can't ignite, air pressure is normal, electricity doesn't ignite
Reason for malfunction: (1) Ignition transformer burned out (2) High voltage line damaged or detached (3) Gap too large or too small, relative size of ignition rod position (4) Electrode rupture or short circuit with ground (5) Inappropriate spacing.
Exclusion measures: (1) Replace (2) Reinstall or replace (3) Adjust (4) Reinstall or replace (5) Adjust again.
4. Turn off the engine after 5 seconds of ignition
Reason for malfunction: (1) Insufficient air pressure, excessive pressure drop, low supply flow rate (2) Insufficient air volume, insufficient combustion, and thick smoke (3) Excessive air volume, resulting in white gas.
Exclusion measures: (1) readjust the air pressure, clean the filter screen (2) readjust (3) readjust.
5. Emitting white smoke
Reason for malfunction: (1) Too low air volume (2) Too high air humidity (3) Low exhaust temperature.
Exclusion measures: (1) Reduce the air damper, (2) Reduce the air volume appropriately and increase the inlet temperature, (3) Take measures to increase the exhaust temperature.
6. Chimney dripping water
Reason for malfunction: (1) Low ambient temperature, (2) Multiple small fire combustion processes, (3) High hydrogen content in gas, large amount of peroxide generating water, (4) Long chimney.
Exclusion measures: (1) Reduce air distribution volume (2) Lower chimney height (3) Increase furnace temperature
