Coke oven gas hot blast stove is a heating equipment that uses coal gas as fuel, air as heat carrier, forced circulation through a fan, heat exchange through a heat exchanger, and filtering through an air filter to output clean hot air. The heated fresh air and flue gas are separated for heat exchange. The heated high-temperature air is clean and pollution-free, providing a high-temperature hot air source for grain processing, car painting and drying, breeding farms, production workshops, as well as for industries such as chemical, building materials, food, and papermaking. The boiler adopts an integrated unit with a multi-layer sleeve structure made of all steel plates. The furnace core is the combustion chamber, surrounded by circular heat exchangers. Both air and flue gas have multiple return paths for heat exchange. In order to improve thermal efficiency, multi head spiral groove heat transfer technology and turbulent flow principle are adopted to reduce the thickness of laminar flow, so that air and flue gas continuously exchange directions during movement, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect.
