The WRF-Y(Q) series oil and gas hot air furnace is a heating device that uses oil and gas as fuel, air as the heat carrier, and a forced circulation fan to deliver clean hot air after heat exchange in the heat exchanger and filtration by the air filter. The heated fresh air and flue gas undergo heat exchange in isolation. The high-temperature heated air is clean and pollution-free, specifically designed to provide high-temperature hot air sources for grain processing, automotive painting and drying, farms, production workshops, as well as industries such as chemicals, building materials, food, and papermaking. This boiler adopts an integrated unit with a fully steel plate multi-layer sleeve structure, where the combustion chamber serves as the core, surrounded by a ring-shaped heat exchanger. Both air and flue gas flow in multiple passes, exchanging heat independently. To enhance thermal efficiency, multi-head spiral finned heat exchange technology and turbulence principles are employed to reduce the thickness of laminar flow, enabling continuous directional exchange between air and flue gas during their passage, significantly improving heat exchange performance.
